Only a few Connoisseurs and Intimi were invited. In total 8 boxes with only even numbers were gifted as a present.<br />The uneven numbers belong all to the private collection of AABentlage. The rumour that one box is signed by Fidel Castro can not be confirmed.<br /><br />As a few invitees guessed: Bentlage EL 2000 are made in the Partagas Factory using the same tobacco as for the Ramon Allones brand. The Size reminds of the 1996 Cohiba 30 Aniversario Humidor and the 2001 Trinidad "Farm House" Humidor except these Double Robustos are Parejo without a pig tail. There are no factory records on this cigar because the Empresa de Tabaco Torcido (Cigar Roller) kept this production secret. <br /><br />Tasting Notes: Floral, nutty and herbal flavours predominate. Strong in tobacco taste. Very pleasant flavours. Very nicely balanced. A very elegant cigar obviously made of finest tobacco.
